I'm an experienced Software Engineering Lead (Walmart, Celetem, PTC Vuforia, Unico, Vay) offering services as a fractional CTO.
I was a tech advisor for 15+ pre-seed startups on the MITHUB (Proptechs) acceleration program.
I'm an experienced Software Engineering Lead with a six-year track record in building high-performance teams in a positive work environment. Proficient in steering the delivery of outstanding B2C/B2B products, leveraging over 20 years of hands-on experience. I have excellent knowledge of software engineering KPI & Metrics (DORA metrics, Agile Metrics, SPACE, DevEx)

My goal is to help companies to build a solid foundation for their technology and engineering teams, and to help them to scale their business.
I can help with all related to technical strategy, technical leadership, hiring and managing engineers, and I can act as an engineer when necessary to either accelerate or guide.
